Dear Community,
This month we launched our cash flow calendar to help businesses improve their finances in a more granular, short-term way. The reality that the vast majority of small businesses face is only keeping enough cash at hand to take them to the next month, meaning that a cash flow calendar has the potential to reshape the way these businesses make decisions on when to access for alternative cash streams such as invoice financing using tokens. Accessing the industry-unmatched PayPie data will require PPP tokens.
Despite being the busiest time of the year for accounting professionals due to the tax season, we were also able to directly connect with dozens of accountants and got their first-hand experience and feedback to help us improve our platform to solve their clients' real needs regarding cash flow and financing ability. Accountants are heavily involved as advisors in guiding businesses that strive to overcome day-to-day cash flow challenges. This is enabling us to further tweak our solution to separate what's really relevant from what's not and to present data in a more intuitive and clear way. All with the ultimate goal of having SMEs ready to go for benefiting from all of PayPie's capabilities once the time comes.
On the Single Ledger project, considerable progress was made on the technical front and we have started introducing the platform to other online accounting platforms. We also had an in-person opportunity to pitch and evangelize the idea to another North American accounting platform. Early discussions indicate that they also believe that this is where the future is leading the industry and that the possibilities are limitless. Further outreaches to other players will take place in the coming months.
On the regulatory end, we completed and submitted the final drafts of our updated whitepaper and of our audited financial statements to our local regulators. This means that the ball is in their court and that we are simply waiting for review and feedback now. We will share our updated whitepaper and our audited financial statements with the community once we reach an outcome, which will place the platform in a positively rare position in the blockchain space as sharing audited financial statements is certainly something not many companies in this industry do. Things are black and white now and we are looking forward to further develop our platform business capabilities.
